Who runs your transfer
ParkGo does not run a fleet or onboard drivers. Your terminal transfer is provided by an independent, licensed and insured operator, integrated with ParkGo by API. It comes pre-attached to your parking booking, so you still get one price at checkout.
The customer experience stays exactly the same — a bundled booking, live driver location and ETA on travel day, and a verified handover — all powered by the operator's API rather than a ParkGo-built driver app.
